Jeff Friedman in the warehouse of Drinks Galore Inc., a beverage distributor at 1331 Jerome Avenue. The Friedman family has owned Drinks Galore for 40 years. Mr.Friedman supports the potential rezoning of Jerome Avenue, believing it will bring jobs and economic development to the area. "I think it's great. It's time for the Bronx to come into the modern world. They want to rejuvenate the whole area...you're going to have sidewalk cafes and Starbucks," said Mr.Friedman.

Inside Cousin Auto Glass, an automotive shop that becomes a storefront church at night, Ismael Campora tunes his brother's base guitar just before the Friday evening service. Ismael is the guitarist in the church band. The church is the Centro Cristiano de Liberacion y Restauracion "la senda" / Christian Center of Liberation and Restoration.
